NO RUFUND NOR EXCHANGES, no exceptions. Client is responsible for checking all products purchased before leaving the premises. No missing items will be replaced by any representative at Quinceanera Boutique after leaving the premises. Orders for quinceanera gowns and evening gowns must be placed with a minimum payment of 40% of the value of the dress. Any dress such as, quinceanera, evening gown, cocktail dress or any of its kind must be paid in full upon first fitting.

Any and all accounts, including third party service selected by the client through Quinceanera Boutique By Cindy G,  must be paid in full 30 business days before client's scheduled "Event Date" in order to guarantee and execute services. Any outstanding balance may and will result in  delay or cancelation of service(s). Any and all outstanding balance on accounts, no matter the type/kind of service, accessories, gowns/dresses will accrue a 20% restocking fee based on the subtotal amount on the account 30 days after "Event Date" has passed. Any and all outstanding balance on accounts passing a 90 day mark after "Event Date" will now be Quinceanera Boutique property and client understands he/she looses al rights to any and all services selected without any kind of refund. No matter the type/kind of service, accessories, gowns/dresses will  Quinceanera Boutique will hold quinceanera gowns and any other items until account is fully paid.The item(s) ordered may slightly change due to out of stock or discontinued materials.

Materials such as, fabric type, color, beading, lace, embroidery, discontinued style or any of its kind may vary due to the above mentioned. All quinceanera gowns must be ordered within a minimum of 4 months prior to the execution of the event stated by the client. All new or used items are sold AS IS. An additional charge will be applied upon alterations requested by the client. Alterations are ONLY and exclusively available to Quinceanera Boutique client's purchasing a quinceanera gown. 

Client is subject to pay all items added in invoice and is responsible to read, agree, initial and sign acknowledging the information added is correct. No services can be cancelled after signing invoice and contract by client. Client is responsible to pay all services described in contract and invoice. If for any reason there was a discrepancy in the total amount, client understands it is still client's responsibility to pay the amount in question. Client will be provided a detailed breakdown by Quinceanera Boutique associate of the items selected and prices, the amount paid so far, and the pending balance.

Regardless of any and all form of proof that Quinceanera Boutique has previously provided by an associate stating PAID, client is responsible to pay the discrepancy amount in question. No suggested/additional discount(s) will be applied towards any item(s) selected by client besides what has been agreed to or applied, like promotions, sale discounts (if any) other than what was offered (if any) at the time of the sale. Turnaround time on clients’ orders given by Quinceanera Boutique is an approximate to the actual delivery date. 

Quinceanera Boutique guarantees completion and delivery orders any day during business hours, before client{s event date regardless of the estimated turnaround time of delivery given by Quinceanera Boutique An item acquired by any client through Quinceanera Boutique is considered late ONLY one day after event date. If Quinceanera Boutique is unable to deliver order on same day event or previous to it, then it is considered a late order and Quinceanera Boutique will ONLY refund the total amount of the items undelivered on or before event date. Nonetheless, accounts must be paid in full 30 business days before client's scheduled "Event Date" in order to guarantee and execute services. 

Client is responsible to check on their order periodically. We do NOT provide pictures/videos or proof of any kind of the materials we work with, the work space, the order being placed nor any of its kind. Quinceanera dresses are made to each our client's measurements. If for any reason the dress in question needs moderate adjustments at fitting appointment, these will be provided by Quinceanera Boutique by one of its Seamstresses at no cost. Fitting appointments will be scheduled as many times as need to secure the best dress fitting for client.

Any and all major alterations and modifications will be subject to an additional fee. Please make sure to call ONLY within hours of operation to make any kind of payment over the phone. It is both client's and associate's responsibility to make sure payment has gone through both ends.

It is under Quinceanera Boutique discretion and reserves the right to assign any Photographer, Videographer, Sales Associate, Make-Up Artist, Photobooth Tech, and any or all third-party services to client depending and according to client's service selection. This selection is based upon availability, distance, work style, type of event, etc. Quinceanera Boutique could take special requests from the client, but not guaranteed. Additional traveling fees apply in regards to services that must be executed inside or outside Quinceanera Boutique premises. Traveling fees vary according to third party's discretion, upon availability, distance, work style, type of event, etc. Client is responsible to check periodically in regards to third party's service acquisition, assuring booking date, time and location.

Evening dresses are NOT custom made. Quinceanera Boutique reserves the right to choose any and every vendor that will provide a service, in order for Quinceanera Boutique to deliver a service to a client. Quinceanera Boutique is not responsible for any fabric type, color, beading, lace, embroidery change, style modification, any discontinued style when it comes to catalogue gowns and/or accessories as it is beyond our control. Quinceanera Boutique does NOT offer alterations on any of the evening gown selection in store.

Client understands that no warranty nor guarantees implied or expressed of any kind in regards to a specific delivery date or approximate turn around delivery date by any of Quinceanera Boutique associates will be valid or honored unless a RUSH FEE has been paid for. A rush fee, an extra fee added besides the total amount on the original order, will guarantee client´s  to arrive within 30 business days (and not less) or otherwise on or before date requested by client. Any other service acquired through Quinceanera Boutique is described on invoice and has been fully approved by the client. Client will not hold Quinceanera Boutique accountable for any misunderstandings. 

Any promotional gift must be redeemed within 4 months from date offered. Quinceanera Boutique may use client's image for marketing purposes around all social media platforms, Tv, radio, streaming and print. Quinceanera Boutique does not share any of the client's personal information. 

We deliver your BEAUTIFUL DRESS anywhere inside the US territory. Shipping freight cost varies between regions. Shipping fees are always the customer's responsibly and will be added as a separate charge. 

Note, shipping rates fluctuate according but not limited to package weight, total measurements, value of the package, season and whether it's fragile. We reserve the right to use certain shipping companies under Quinceanera Boutique’s  discretion.
